  • Improve drop-off #1 in the onboarding funnel: choosing a coach
  • Improve drop-off # 2 in the onboarding funnel: scheduling a consult
  • Decrease in requests for coach changes (to <5% average)
  • Increase in initial coach feedback rating (to <4.5% average)
  • Decrease in average initial coach consultation time (to < 30 min)

Design Studio

I moderated a "design studio" session with colleagues from business, coaching and engineering. Each cross-functional team was given a research theme topic with the goal of generating as many ideas as possible related to their theme.
